Casa Arroyo is one big house, which can be divided into two houses. In every space you can expect privacy, comfort, space and peace. The houses are furnished in that way that you and your company can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. The houses are fully equipped as you may expect from a holiday home. They include, among other things, the following: free WiFi, a TV, several fans, three bedrooms with airconditioning, linen, towels and swimming pool towels, washing machine, crockery and pans, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, barbecue and more.
Both houses can be rented for larger groups up to a maximum of 12 persons! You will then have a private swimming pool.
Casa Rosa (4 persons)
Is a cozy house that is equipped for 4 persons. Casa Rosa is on the ground floor; has:
* a hall
* the kitchen with dining table
* bedroom #1 (2 single beds)
* bedroom #2 (1 double bed)
* bathroom
* the living room ánd
* the cozy terrace where you can enjoy the view – all while enjoying a drink and perhaps a snack from the BBQ that is also available.
From Casa Rosa you have direct access to the swimming pool and the games room.
Casa Níspero (8 persons)
Casa Níspero is a playfully divided house. At the entrance you find the beautiful patio where you can find enough and cozy seating areas where you can enjoy in or outside the sun. The patio provides access to:
* the kitchen
* laundry room
* bathroom #1
* bedroom #1 ‘Almendro’ (1 double bed with airconditioning)
From the patio you also have access to the rest of the house:
* the living room
* bedroom #2 ‘Níspero’ (2 single beds)
* bedroom #3 ‘Naranja’ (1 double bed with airconditioning)
* bedroom #4 ‘Olivas’ (2 single beds with airconditioning)
* bathroom #2 ánd
* direct access to the swimming pool where you can enjoy the different views and the games room.
Swimming pool
Swimming pool (and the games room) is open between the 27th of March and the 31st of October.
Children
We find it important that every kind of family composition is welcome with us. That is why it is possible to arrange the rooms in that way it suits your group. Are you visiting with (small) children? Please inform us in advance, so we can adjust the beds if needed.
During the vacation you want to enjoy to fullest with your family. We also understand that it is nice to spend time alone as a couple. If we have a mutual click, we would like to contribute to this by offering a (baby)sitting service. Feel free to ask about the possibilities during your stay or while making the reservation.
Parking (free)
Casa Rosa has 1 parking space and casa Níspero has 2 parking spaces. If you are coming with more cars, please let us know in advance so we can prepare for this.
Pets
Your pet is also very welcome, unless this is communicated in advance. We ask an extra charge of €5,- per night.
Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke inside the houses. If other guests don’t have any objections to it, it is allowed to smoke outside.
