* Minimum stay is for 3 nights.
Except the months of July and Augustus it is for 4 nights.
* Check-in is after 16:00 hours.
* Chek-out is before 11:00 hours.
* If you wish an early check-in or a late check-out, please ask for the possibilities and we are more than happy to think with you. Please note, we may charge extra for this service.
* Minimum age for the main booker must be 18 years (or older).
* Free cancellation is possible till 3 weeks before day of arrival.
* Payment must be done 3 weeks before day of arrival.
* On the arrival we ask a cash deposit of €100,-, identity details of all guests and signing a contract.
* It is not permitted to rent the houses for private parties and inviting unchecked guests.
